AsemconnectVietnam - On November 21, 2025, Traphaco Joint Stock Company (TRA) held a handover ceremony for the General Director, marking an important transition in the governance model.

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of Traphaco, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma, member of the Board of Directors - officially handed over the General Director position to Ms. Dao Thuy Ha, who has been with Traphaco for nearly 30 years and held many key management positions.
In more than 33 years of association and 15 years as General Director, Mr. Ma is considered the person who has led Traphaco through many key stages, while implementing many fundamental strategies for the long-term development of the Company.
Mr. Tran Tuc Ma said that he is still healthy, has time in his term and the business is growing well, however, he proactively transferred so that Traphaco has a suitable leadership class for the new period.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, General Director of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), representing a major shareholder of Traphaco, highly appreciated Mr. Tran Tuc Ma's decision and affirmed that the appointment of Ms. Dao Thuy Ha is the right choice to maintain and promote key projects such as the EU-GMP factory or the product development strategy towards international standards.
Other major shareholders such as Mirae Asset and Daewoong Pharmaceutical all expressed their confidence in the new General Director. According to the representative of the Board of Directors, the strong support of major shareholders is "a solid foundation for Ms. Ha to confidently implement the strategy", ensuring stable operations and moving towards sustainable growth.
Having been with Traphaco for nearly three decades, Ms. Dao Thuy Ha, the new General Director of Traphaco, has closely followed the important milestones of the enterprise such as equitization in 1999, listing in 2008, building a WHO-GMP standard oriental medicine factory, Hung Yen modern medicine factory, promoting the strategy of high-end oriental medicine - high-quality modern medicine...
According to the orientation, Traphaco will accelerate the progress of the EU-GMP standard factory project; Maintain the leading position in oriental medicine, while accelerating in the modern medicine segment; Strongly apply digital transformation and AI in management and supply chain; Accelerate product innovation to adapt to modern health care needs.
Ms. Ha said that the enterprise aims for double-digit growth in 2026, based on existing production capacity, new distribution strategy and shareholder support.
