Biwase approved the policy of establishing Biwase Kien Giang Water - Environment Company Limited, the implementation time is in the fourth quarter of 2025.
In which, the charter capital is VND200 billion and Biwase will contribute 100% of the capital in cash.
At the same time, Biwase will assign Mr. Tran Chien Cong, General Director of Biwase to direct the implementation of the next steps.
It is known that as of September 30, 2025, Biwase owns 12 subsidiaries. In particular, some subsidiaries operating in the field of clean water production and trading include Biwase - Long An Water Joint Stock Company (in Tay Ninh province), Bang Tam Water and Environment Joint Stock Company (Tay Ninh), Can Giuoc Urban Construction Joint Stock Company (Tay Ninh), Chau Thanh Urban Construction Joint Stock Company (Tay Ninh), Biwase Binh Phuoc Water One Member Co., Ltd. (HCMC), Biwase Can Tho Water Joint Stock Company (Can Tho), Can Duoc Water and Environment Joint Stock Company (Tay Ninh) and some investments in water production and trading companies are accounted for as investments in joint ventures and associates.
In terms of business activities, in the third quarter of 2025, Biwase recorded revenue of VND903.42 billion, the parent company's after-tax profit reached VND264.37 billion, an increase of 45.2% over the same period. In which, the gross profit margin improved from 41.9% to 55.6%.
In the first 9 months of 2025, Biwase recorded revenue of VND3,152.5 billion, up 13.9% over the same period, the parent company's after-tax profit reached VND714.52 billion, up 42.8% over the same period and completed 111.6% of the profit plan of VND640 billion in the 2025 fiscal year.
