AsemconnectVietnam - Saigon Telecommunication Technology Joint Stock Company (Saigontel, code SGT - HOSE) recorded a profit of VND2.81 billion in the third quarter, accumulated profit of VND356.58 billion in the first 9 months of 2025 and exceeded the yearly plan by 21%.

In the third quarter of 2025, Saigontel recorded revenue of VND237.32 billion, down 51.2% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND2.81 billion, down 80.5% over the same period.
During the period, gross profit decreased by 10.8% over the same period, equivalent to a decrease of VND10.89 billion, to VND89.52 billion; financial revenue increased by 131.4%, equivalent to an increase of VND3.72 billion, to VND6.55 billion; Financial expenses increased by 86.8%, equivalent to an increase of VND21.78 billion, to VND46.88 billion; sales and administrative expenses decreased by 20.8%, equivalent to a decrease of VND8.62 billion, to VND32.83 billion and other activities fluctuated insignificantly.
In the first 9 months of 2025, Saigontel recorded revenue of VND1,285.02 billion, an increase of 51.6% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND356.58 billion compared to the same period, profit of VND27.82 billion, an increase of VND328.76 billion.
In 2025, Saigontel plans to have total revenue of VND3,000 billion, profit before tax is expected to be VND400 billion.
Thus, ending the first 9 months of 2025 with pre-tax profit reaching VND483.97 billion, Saigontel has completed 121% of the yearly plan.
In terms of asset size, as of September 30, Saigontel's total assets decreased by 6.6% compared to the beginning of the year, equivalent to a decrease of VND547.7 billion, to VND7,697.2 billion. Of which, the main assets recorded VND3,701.4 billion in inventory, accounting for 48.1% of total assets; VND1,440.4 billion in short-term receivables, accounting for 18.7% of total assets; VND1,389.4 billion in long-term financial investments, accounting for 18.1% of total assets and other items.
In addition, in terms of capital, as of the end of the third quarter, Saigontel's total short-term and long-term debt increased slightly by 3.8% compared to the beginning of the year, equivalent to an increase of VND137 billion, to VND3,709.3 billion, equal to 151.5% of total equity. Of which, short-term debt was VND1,723.6 billion and long-term debt was VND1,985.7 billion.
