AsemconnectVietnam - Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CTD) has just announced its business results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026 (accounting period from July 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025) with impressive growth in revenue and profit.

Specifically, in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026, Coteccons recorded net revenue of VND7,452 billion, up 56.6% over the same period. Gross profit reached VND322 billion - the highest level since 2020, up 56.7% over the same period. Accordingly, the gross profit margin reached 4.32%, equivalent to the same period last year. Profit after tax reached VND294 billion, up 216.7% over the same period; Net profit margin reached 3.95%, the highest level in the last 21 quarters.
Coteccons has also just been honored in the list of 500 most profitable enterprises in 2025 (PROFIT500) researched and organized by Vietnam Report and VietnamNet. This year, Coteccons increased 53 places in the rankings, clearly demonstrating the company's outstanding growth rate.
At the end of the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, the value of new contracts reached VND19,300 billion, raising Coteccons' transitional backlog to VND51,600 billion, the highest level in history, continuing to break the record at the end of fiscal year 2025. This is not only a solid foundation for the 2026 business plan but also ensures an abundant source of work for the following years.
Following the success of the repeat sales strategy, the proportion of project sales won by traditional investors reached 95.3%, affirming the prestige, outstanding quality and consistency of Coteccons. The project portfolio is continuously expanded with key projects of investors Sun Group, Masterise Homes, Vinhomes, Ecopark and TTC Land.
In particular, two key infrastructure projects of the country are Passenger Terminal T2 - Phu Quoc International Airport and APEC Conference Center (S2, S3, S4), with a total contract value of over VND5,000 billion, demonstrating the leading general contractor capacity and reputation of Coteccons in national-scale projects.
In this quarter, Coteccons marked its first cooperation with investor JS (Infinity Group) at the Jade Square project, a luxury apartment complex consisting of three towers located in West Lake - Hanoi. Coteccons undertook the construction of the body structure and exterior finishing, bringing the total number of Coteccons projects being implemented in the West Lake area and surrounding areas to five, affirming Coteccons' position in the journey to create the appearance of the Capital.
One of the most typical projects for which Coteccons is the main contractor in the quarter is the West Lake Opera House (Hanoi) - an iconic cultural project invested by Sun Group, designed by legendary Italian architect Renzo Piano, who is considered a master of 20th century architecture.
The project has a scale of 19.1 hectares, a floor area of 40,980 m2, with a super-thin dome architecture - the thinnest point is only 250mm thick, simulating the waves of West Lake, using reflective ceramic materials to create a pearl effect according to natural light. This is one of the most complex and technically demanding structures in the construction sector today, closely managed and supervised by Hanoi City.
