In 2025, Hoa Phat Agriculture plans to have VND8,000 billion in revenue and VND1,500 billion in profit. Up to this point, revenue has exceeded VND7,000 billion, profit is more than VND1,000 billion.
Hoa Phat Agriculture, a member of Hoa Phat Group, is preparing to issue shares to the public for the first time and list shares with the code HPA. After 10 years of development, Hoa Phat Agriculture has built a closed system covering 8 provinces and cities. Specifically, Hoa Phat has 2 animal feed factories in Hung Yen and Dong Nai with a total capacity of 600,000 tons per year; 07 pig farms in Lao Cai, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Phu Tho and Dong Nai; 03 cow farms in Hung Yen, Quang Tri and Dong Nai; 02 chicken farms in Phu Tho with a scale of 1.2 million hens.
Over the past years, Hoa Phat Agriculture has experienced major challenges in the industry. With the right choice of development model from the beginning and a long-term vision, Hoa Phat has maintained stable operations thanks to the biosafety system of three quarantine zones applied from the beginning and operated in an industrial style with a steady product line, not changing the size of the herd according to price fluctuations.
In 2024, Hoa Phat Agriculture recorded net revenue of VND7,084 billion, an increase of 12.3% compared to 2023. Profit after tax reached VND1,031 billion, an increase of 84% compared to the previous year. Net profit margin was at 15.1%. Business results for the period 2019-2024 recorded a clear growth. Net profit margin increased from 7% in 2022 to 15% in 2024. According to the plan for 2025, this index can reach 19%.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, General Director of Hoa Phat Group (HPG), said that Hoa Phat Agriculture is in the Top 13 in animal feed production, leading in supplying whole Australian cows in Vietnam, No. 1 in the clean egg market in the North with an output of 336 million eggs per year. With pig farming, the scale of breeding sows reaches 25,000, the capacity of commercial pigs is 750,000 per year.
Current livestock productivity is 32-34 weaned piglets per sow per year, about 1.5 times higher than the average level in Vietnam. The livestock breeds selected by Hoa Phat Agriculture from the beginning are all high-yielding breeds: DanBred pigs from Denmark, Hyline laying hens from the US, and Australian beef cattle.
