EVFTA is the main lever to help strong trade growth. Vietnam is Finland's leading important partner in Southeast Asia.
Potential areas include the strength of exporting textiles, seafood, machinery, and components from Vietnam to the Finnish market.
Meanwhile, Finland can support Vietnam in issues related to Green Economy (Clean Energy, Environment, Circular Economy), Technology (Innovation, Digital Transformation) and Infrastructure.
The two sides are promoting investment and technical cooperation to maximize the potential, towards a sustainable future of cooperation.
