Specifically, in the first 9 months of 2025, DSC's pre-tax profit reached VND291 billion, completing 160% of the 9-month plan, completing 112% of the annual plan and exceeding 55% compared to the first 9 months of 2024.
In particular, proprietary trading activities completed 258% of the 2025 plan; investment consulting/trusting activities also flourished when completing 609% of the 9-month plan in 2025 and 304% of the annual plan.
In the third quarter of 2025 alone, DSC's revenue, profit and margin lending indicators all recorded a sharp increase compared to the second quarter of 2025 and the same period in 2024. In particular, the proprietary trading segment recorded a "sudden" increase of more than 1,222% compared to the second quarter of 2025.
Notably, considering the CIR index, in the first 9 months of 2025, DSC recorded a rate of 44%, better than the annual plan of 54%. In addition, the ROE index continued to be maintained at 9%, better than the established plan.
Regarding the revenue structure in the first 9 months of 2025, margin lending activities continue to play a key role at DSC with a proportion of up to 35.59%, followed by proprietary trading activities (22.58%), brokerage (16.55%), capital trading activities (18.19%) and other activities...
In particular, DSC's investment trust service has been a new highlight to meet the investment needs as well as capital flexibility for investors in the current market. According to statistics, in the period from May 2025 to August 2025, DSC's investment trust service brought in a pre-tax profit of +23.98% (equivalent to an average annual yield of +99.46%) for customers.
Previously, from May 2024 to April 2025, customers who entrusted investment at DSC also achieved a profit of 15.05%. Or in the "difficult" period of the market from August 2023 to February 2024, in just a short time, investment trust activities recorded a profit of +19.86% (equivalent to an average annual yield of +37.64%).
Mr. Tran Minh Toan - Chief Financial Officer of DSC Securities JSC said that with the investment method focusing on disbursement at the right time, a selective investment portfolio with strict criteria and a not too long investment period, this service is currently being chosen by many investors who are SME business owners or individual investors with high net worth to optimize resources, improve investment efficiency in the short - medium - long term.
Mr. Tran Minh Toan also shared that the asset management activities of individual investors and this is a field with a lot of potential to be exploited. Currently, most investors in Vietnam are allocating their assets mainly to real estate (70%); Money, savings deposits (20%); Stocks (8%); Bonds (1%) and other types (1%). Supporting investors to restructure their investment asset portfolio is really necessary to ensure safety against market fluctuations and further optimize the rate of return.
