AsemconnectVietnam - On September 5, 2025, Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company (code VHC - HOSE) received Decision No. 3016/QD-CT dated August 29, 2025 from the Tax Department on administrative sanctions for tax violations through tax audits in 2022-2023-2024.

The total amount of tax, fines and late payment fees that Vinh Hoan was charged was more than VND8.19 billion. Of which, detailed information about the fine was not disclosed by Vinh Hoan.
Previously, in the second quarter of 2025, Vinh Hoan recorded revenue of VND3,193.51 billion, down slightly by 0.1% over the same period, and profit after tax of VND522.54 billion, up 53.7% over the same period. In particular, gross profit margin improved from 14.7% to 19.5%.
Accumulated in the first half of 2025, Vinh Hoan recorded revenue of VND5,841.3 billion, down 3.5% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND733.87 billion, up 38.7% over the same period last year.
At the 2025 General Meeting of Shareholders, Vinh Hoan approved a revenue plan ranging from VND10,900 - 12,350 billion and profit after tax of about VND1,000 - 1,300 billion. With the above results, Vinh Hoan has achieved 73% of the profit target under the basic scenario and nearly 56% under the high scenario.
In addition, in July 2025, Vinh Hoan estimated revenue of VND1,271 billion, up 13% over the same period. Of which, revenue from the US market reached VND504 billion, up 31% over the same period; revenue from the European market reached VND197 billion, up 24% over the same period; revenue from the Chinese market reached VND76 billion, down 36% over the same period; revenue in Vietnam reached VND296 billion, down 2% over the same period; and revenue from other markets reached VND198 billion, up 25% over the same period last year.
