AsemconnectVietnam - Bac Phuong Wind Power JSC has just announced its financial report for the first 6 months of 2025 with after-tax profit reaching more than VND27.7 billion, down nearly 24% compared to the same period in 2024.

Bac Phuong's equity as of June 30, 2025 reached VND531.1 billion, up 1.2% compared to the same period in 2024. Meanwhile, total liabilities decreased slightly by 6% to VND1,721.9 billion. Therefore, the after-tax profit margin on equity (ROE) also decreased from 6.92% to 5.21%.
By the end of the second quarter, Bac Phuong's outstanding bonds were at VND534 billion, down slightly compared to the same period and accounting for 31% of total liabilities.
According to data from the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Bac Phuong Wind Power is currently circulating the bond lot BPGCH2135001, issued on June 24, 2021 with a volume of 6,000 bonds, par value of VND100 million/bond, equivalent to VND600 billion, interest rate of 9%/year, which is a secured bond.
Currently, the remaining volume of this bond lot is 5,340. The maturity date will be March 31, 2035. In the first half of 2025, the Company has made 2 interest payments for the bond lot with a total value of approximately VND20 billion.
Recently, Bac Phuong Wind Power has approved the amendment of the bond interest rate for each interest period, in which the interest period from July 20, 2025 to the maturity date is equal to the sum of the 2.5% margin and the reference interest rate determined on the interest rate determination date of that interest period.
