AsemconnectVietnam - Construction 47 Joint Stock Company (code C47) has just announced a resolution of the Board of Directors on the establishment of a subsidiary, C47 Energy Investment and Development Company Limited (C47 Energy).

C47 Energy has a charter capital of VND30 billion, 100% owned by C47, headquartered at 8 Bien Cuong, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province. The main business lines of the Company are investing, constructing and operating renewable energy projects; consulting, designing, constructing energy systems and infrastructure; buying and selling electricity and energy equipment; researching and developing clean energy technology.
C47 Energy's Chairman is Mr. Pham Nam Phong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of C47; while the CEO and legal representative is Mr. Nguyen Huu Hai, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of C47. In addition, Mr. Le Nguyen Phong, Deputy Chief Accountant of C47, will take on the position of Chief Accountant of C47 Energy.
Regarding C47's business situation, in the first half of 2025, C47 achieved nearly VND908 billion in net revenue and more than VND28 billion in profit after tax, 3.1 times higher in revenue and 10.8 times higher in profit compared to the same period in 2024.
The company said that in the first half of this year, the weather conditions in the Lao People's Democratic Republic were favorable, C47 focused on machinery and equipment to construct the Nam Phak hydropower plant project, accelerating the implementation volume and increasing output value compared to the same period in 2024. In addition, the Nam Neun 1 hydropower plant project has just started construction from the fourth quarter of 2024.
In addition, domestic projects such as the Hoa Binh factory expansion project were completed ahead of schedule, and C47 Construction was also accepted and paid on time by the investor, so revenue in the period increased compared to the same period, helping to increase profits.
In 2025, the Company set a target of total revenue of VND1,500 billion and after-tax profit of VND40 billion. With the achieved results, C47 has achieved 61% and 70% of the annual plan, respectively.
