AsemconnectVietnam - Construction 47 JSC (code C47) has just announced its semi-annual financial report for 2025, recording positive results thanks to favorable weather in Laos and construction progress exceeding the plan at the hydropower project.

In the first half of 2025, C47 achieved nearly VND908 billion in net revenue and more than VND28 billion in after-tax profit, 3.1 times higher in revenue and 10.8 times higher in profit compared to the same period in 2024.
The company said that in the first half of this year, the weather conditions in the Lao People's Democratic Republic were favorable, C47 focused on machinery and equipment to construct the Nam Phak hydropower plant project, accelerating the volume of implementation and increasing output value compared to the same period in 2024. In addition, the Nam Neun 1 hydropower plant project has just started construction since the fourth quarter of 2024.
In addition, domestic projects such as the Hoa Binh factory expansion project were completed ahead of schedule, and C47 Construction was also accepted and paid promptly by the investor, so revenue in the period increased compared to the same period, helping to increase profits.
In 2025, the Company aims for total revenue of VND1,500 billion and after-tax profit of VND40 billion. With the achieved results, C47 has achieved 61% and 70% of the annual plan, respectively.
By the end of June 2025, the Company's total assets reached VND1,895 billion, up 1.2% compared to the beginning of the year. The main driving force came from cash and cash equivalents doubling to VND330 billion, while short-term receivables also increased slightly by 4.2% to VND407 billion. In contrast, inventories decreased by 16.8% to VND577 billion.
In terms of capital, corporate debt decreased slightly compared to the beginning of the year to VND1,428 billion. The debt structure has shifted significantly when short-term debt decreased by 10% to VND897 billion, while long-term debt increased by 21.5% to VND531 billion. C47's total debt alone decreased by more than 4%, to VND657 billion.
