AsemconnectVietnam - Business declined in the first half of 2025, I.P.A Investment Corporation (code IPA - HNX floor) wants to get shareholders' opinions in writing.

According to the financial report for the second quarter of 2025, during the period, I.P.A Investment recorded revenue of VND 84.96 billion, down 48% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND 129.42 billion, up 47.3% over the same period last year. In which, gross profit margin decreased from 53% to 45.5%.
Accumulated in the first half of 2025, I.P.A Investment recorded revenue of VND190.63 billion, down 23.5% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND149.79 billion, down 22.3% over the same period last year.
In 2025, I.P.A Investment plans to have total consolidated revenue of VND1,180 billion, profit after tax of VND468 billion.
Thus, ending the first half of 2025 with profit after tax of VND149.79 billion, I.P.A Investment has completed 32% of the 2025 plan.
Notably, regarding the portfolio of securities traded in the first half of 2025, I.P.A Investment has reduced the investment value from VND746.36 billion to VND321.04 billion. In particular, the portfolio of holding bonds of Trung Nam Energy Investment and Development JSC has decreased from VND416.9 billion to 0 billion VND in the first half of 2025.
Regarding the capital contribution to other units, also at June 30, 2025, I.P.A Investment is also investing VND928.4 billion in Century Real Estate JSC (code CRE - HOSE floor), setting up a provision of up to VND502.85 billion, the remaining value of the investment is VND425.5 billion.
On August 20, I.P.A Investment will close the list of shareholders to collect shareholders' opinions in writing. In which, the time, location and content of the presentation to shareholders have not been announced.
