AsemconnectVietnam - Both sides expressed their hope that the outcomes of the discussion will continue to improve the efficiency of customs clearance activities at the customs clearance points and dedicated transport routes of the Huu Nghi – Youyi Guan international border gate pair.
Authorities of Lang Son's Dong Dang Border Gate Economic Zone Authority and a delegation from the Party Committee of Pingxiang city, Guangxi, China, met on August 7 in Luong Van Tri ward, the northern province of Lang Son to discuss the organisation of delivery and receipt methods for import and export goods via customs clearance points and dedicated cargo transport routes at the Huu Nghi – Youyi Guan international border gate pair.
During their talks, the two sides exchanged views on the handling methods for two-way import and export goods. Discussions covered various aspects, including enterprises declaring and registering their import-export needs in advance with the competent authorities; management of transport schedules and cargo delivery procedures between both sides; control over loading and unloading locations; management of vehicles and goods involved in two-way deliveries; and the coordination of immigration activities at clearance points.
