AsemconnectVietnam - Saigon Real Estate Corporation (Saigonres, code SGR - HOSE) simultaneously started construction of Phu Dinh Riverside project and Saigon An Phu Residential Area in August 2025.

Saigonres said that two member units in the Corporation's ecosystem simultaneously started construction of two key projects including Phu Dinh Riverside Commercial Housing Area in Phu Dinh Ward (former District 8) and Saigon An Phu Residential Area in Tan Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (former Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong).
In particular, Phu Dinh Riverside project is planned on a land area of 2,104 m2, including a 17-storey building block and 1 basement. Providing 169 commercial apartments with a total floor area of about 16,000 m2, fully integrated with utilities including a community living area, riverside green space, children's playground and multi-layered security system.
The next project to start construction is the Saigon An Phu Residential Area project invested by Saigon Real Estate Trading Company Limited (Saigonres Trading) - a member unit of Saigon Real Estate.
The project has a total area of over 10,000 m2, including 66 townhouses and shophouses with a modern style, integrating diverse internal utilities such as green parks, children's playgrounds, sports areas and ecological walking paths. Thanks to its location on Binh Chuan 62 Street, it is only about 20 km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City and conveniently connected to National Highway 13, My Phuoc - Tan Van, DT74.
In terms of business activities, in the second quarter of 2025, Saigonres recorded revenue of VND138.75 billion, an increase of 251% over the same period; profit after tax reached VND48.93 billion compared to a loss of VND9.81 billion. In which, gross profit margin improved from 56.3% to 80.5%.
Accumulated in the first half of 2025, Saigonres recorded revenue of VND162.21 billion, an increase of 169.4% over the same period; profit after tax reached VND67.84 billion compared to a loss of VND23.39 billion in the same period, an increase of VND91.23 billion.
In 2025, Saigonres plans to have revenue of VND1,025 billion, an increase of 305.1% over the previous year; Expected after-tax profit is VND320 billion, up 433.3% compared to the previous year and total investment value is VND1,260 billion.
Thus, ending the first half of 2025 with after-tax profit reaching VND67.84 billion, Saigonres has only completed 21.2% of the yearly plan.
