AsemconnectVietnam - IDICO Investment Construction Oil and Natural Gas Joint Stock Company (IDICO-CONAC, code ICN) has just approved the estimated production and business results for the first 6 months of 2025 and the plan for the third quarter of 2025.

In the first half of 2025, IDICO - CONAC estimates revenue of more than VND370 billion and profit after tax of VND136.2 billion, respectively completing 84% and approximately 91% of the 2025 plan.
Entering the third quarter, the board of directors set a revenue target of VND38 billion and profit after tax of VND7.2 billion. Accordingly, it is estimated that in the first 9 months of 2025, the Company can bring in more than VND408 billion in revenue and VND143.4 billion in profit after tax, while completing nearly 93% of the revenue target and nearly 96% of the profit target for the whole year.
In this quarter, the Company has set out key tasks for each field of operation.
For the construction and installation sector, ICN will accelerate the construction progress of projects before the rainy season; at the same time, accelerate acceptance, settlement and capital recovery for completed and under-construction projects.
In the industrial park infrastructure business sector, ICN plans to complete the land use right certificate by 2062 with an area of 1.7 hectares for Secoin JSC.
In the real estate business sector, ICN will continue to coordinate with the distribution unit in sales and capital recovery at the Bac Chau Giang project (Osaka-Garden). At the same time, the Company will carry out procedures related to the sale of future houses for the 45 villas in this project.
In particular, in the coming time, the Company will continue to implement the following projects: My Xuan B1 - CONAC Industrial Park; My Xuan B1 - CONAC Expansion Industrial Park; My Xuan B1 Social Housing Area; Commercial and Service Center Area combined with housing in Bac Chau Giang Urban Area, Phu Ly City, Ha Nam; CONAC PLAZA Complex and Thuy Duong Hotel Complex.
