AsemconnectVietnam - According to statistics from the Customs Department, Vietnam's goods exported to Egypt in the first 5 months of 2025 reached over 220.23 million USD, an increase of 10.39% compared to the first 5 months of 2024

In May of 2025 alone, the country’s exports of goods to Egypt reached 48.61 million USD, down by 0.31% compared to April of 2025 but up by 26.89% compared to May of 2024.
The group of phones of all kinds and components ranked first in terms of export turnover to Egypt, reaching 30.77 million USD, accounting for 13.97% of the total export turnover of all kinds of goods to this market, up by 19.19% over the same period last year. The second group was the group of means of transport and spare parts, reaching 26.98 million USD, accounting for 12.25%, a sharp increase of 84.88%. The next was the group of computers, electronic products and components, reaching 21.39 million USD, accounting for 9.71%, down by 17.49%. The group of pepper increased by 42.56% over the same period last year, reaching 16.43 million USD, accounting for 7.46%.
The group of aquatic products exported reached 15.84 million USD, accounting for 7.19%, up by 41.62% while the exports of machinery, equipment, tools and spare parts reached 15.71 million USD, accounting for 7.13%, down by 21.78%.
