In addition, we will continue to monitor and grasp the situation of prices and supply of essential food and foodstuffs; coordinate with localities to support connections, promote processing and consumption of agricultural products; organize information, market regulations and consumer tastes, connect consumption through the system of trade and agricultural counselors in markets, domestic retail distribution chains, e-commerce platforms for agricultural products in the harvest season, especially some main-season products such as lychee, longan, durian, and OCOP products.
In order to promote the production and export of agricultural products, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 79/CD-TTg dated May 31, 2025, requesting ministries, branches and localities to proactively and flexibly deploy appropriate and effective measures to support the production, processing, consumption and export of agricultural products. For the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the key task is to strengthen trade promotion, organize connection activities, agricultural fairs, and promote domestic and international products.
