AsemconnectVietnam - TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company (stock code TNH - HOSE) has just announced documents for the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the meeting is scheduled to be held on June 16.

The company said that with the increasing demand for medical examination and treatment of people in the Northeastern provinces and difficulties from the macro-economic situation, inflation and general changes and fluctuations in the health sector, TNH plans to achieve 2025 revenue of VND620 billion, an increase of 41% compared to 2024 and after-tax profit of more than VND31.3 billion, a decrease of 30% compared to 2024.
In 2025, TNH targets high revenue growth thanks to the growth contribution of hospitals that have been operating stably and new hospitals that have just come into operation. However, the expected negative growth in after-tax profit is mainly due to the fact that the newly operating hospitals have not yet made a profit. Specifically, this year, Viet Yen TNH Hospital is expected to have a negative VND53.9 billion, the Hospital under construction is expected to have a negative VND9.3 billion, and the management cost at the Group level is VND35.4 billion. This year, the Company continues to invest in more machinery and equipment, deploy many new technical services at all 3 operating facilities, contributing to meeting the needs of people in Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang and neighboring provinces, continuing to manage revenue and expenses well to ensure that profits from business activities in 2025 remain stable and grow well after Viet Yen TNH Hospital comes into operation
