AsemconnectVietnam - The Board of Directors of DAP - Vinachem JSC (code DDV - UPCoM) has just passed a resolution on the production and business results of the first quarter, and announced the business and investment plan for the second quarter of 2025.

In the first quarter, DDV's DAP production output reached 71,310 tons and DAP consumption output reached 70,994 tons, up 27% and 23% respectively over the same period last year.
Accordingly, DAP - Vinachem's net revenue reached VND1,168 billion, up 42% over the previous year and completing 35% of the yearly plan; pre-tax profit reached VND152 billion, up 367% over the previous year and completing 71% of the yearly plan.
Entering the second quarter of 2025, DDV set a target of DAP production and consumption output of 60,000 tons. Total net revenue reached VND1,050 billion, up 12% compared to the second quarter of 2024, but down 10% compared to the first quarter; pre-tax profit reached VND80 billion, unchanged from the same period last year and down 47% compared to the previous quarter. Regarding the investment plan, in the second quarter of 2025, DDV will complete the bidding and contract negotiation for the EPC package of the project "investing in technology depth, improving the quality of phosphoric acid and producing MAP fertilizer with a capacity of 60,000 tons/year. At the same time, the project of the P2O5 recovery line in PG gypsum residue will be accepted for use and the project will be finalized.
For the project "adding access roads and bridges to the DAP factory port", "building and renovating the administrative building", "diluted phosphoric acid tank", DDV will select the contractor, sign the contract, start construction and implement the bidding packages. In addition, DDV will submit to the Vietnam Chemical Group the investment transition to the investment implementation phase of the Na2SiF6 production line project.
