AsemconnectVietnam - Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company (code BMP - HOSE) announced documents for the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled to be held on April 24 in Ho Chi Minh City.

In 2025, Binh Minh Plastics plans to have an expected revenue of VND5,362 billion, an increase of 14.6% over the same period, an expected after-tax profit of VND1,055 billion, an increase of 6% compared to the actual in 2024, and an expected dividend of at least 50% on after-tax profit.

Previously, in terms of business results, at the end of 2024, Binh Minh Plastics recorded revenue of VND4,679 billion, down 10% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND991 billion, down 4.8% over the same period last year and completed 96.2% of the profit plan of VND1,030 billion in 2024.
Regarding personnel, Binh Minh Plastics submitted to shareholders to dismiss Mr. Chaowalit Treejak from the Board of Directors and plans to elect a replacement member. In which, the elected replacement member has not been announced.
It is known that, previously, Binh Minh Plastics announced that on June 1, 2025, the Company will dismiss Mr. Chaowalit Treejak from the position of General Director due to health reasons.
On the other hand, Binh Minh Plastics will elect Mr. Niwat Athiwattananont, who is currently the Director of Research and Plastic Technology at SCG Chemicals Public Company Limited (Thailand), to the position of General Director from June 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
According to the investigation, the new General Director of Binh Minh Plastics was born on November 17, 1969 in Bangkok (Thailand) and does not own BMP shares.
Regarding his predecessor, Mr. Chaowalit was nominated to the Board of Directors of Binh Minh Plastics from April 2021. He then held the position of General Director of Binh Minh Plastics from August 2022. In April 2023, Mr. Chaowalit was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Binh Minh Plastics. Mr. Chaowalit was born in 1966, has a bachelor's degree in Chemistry and has joined Binh Minh Plastics since 2021.
