AsemconnectVietnam - According to the statistics figures from the General Department of Customs, the export turnover of Vietnamese goods to the Chinese market in the first two months of 2025 reached over 7.8 billion USD, down by 1.02% over the same period last year.

Leading the export turnover in the first two months of 2025 was the group of computers, electronic products and components reaching 2.1 billion USD, up by 28.6% over the same period last year, accounting for 26.8% of the export proportion; followed by the group of phones of all kinds and components reaching 1.4 billion USD, down by 0.7%, accounting for 18.4% of the proportion; then by the group of cameras, camcorders and components reaching 607.2 million USD, down by 34.8% over the same period last year, accounting for 7.7% of the export proportion.
The commodity groups with export turnover growth in the first 2 months of 2025 compared to the same period last year were seafood increased by 70.3%; rice increased by 217.9%; iron and steel products increased by 30.8%; furniture products made from materials other than wood increased by 100.1%.
China is identified as a key export market for agricultural, forestry and aquatic products of Vietnam. In addition to strong products such as vegetables, fruits and aquatic products, businesses are focusing on increasing market share of products with great potential such as rubber, pepper, cassava, etc.
