AsemconnectVietnam - FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (FPT Retail, code FRT - HOSE) plans to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the end of April 2025.

On March 21, FPT Retail will finalize the list of shareholders to attend the 2025 General Meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled to be held on April 25.
In addition to approving the plan to organize the 2025 General Meeting of Shareholders, FPT Retail also approved the 2025 business plan with expected consolidated revenue of VND48,100 billion, up 20% over the same period, expected pre-tax profit of VND900 billion, up 71% compared to the implementation in 2024.
It is known that at the end of 2024, FPT Retail recorded consolidated revenue of VND40,104 billion, up 26% over the same period, consolidated pre-tax profit reached VND527 billion, up 821 billion compared to the same period in 2023.
In addition, in terms of store network, at the end of 2024, FPT Retail owned a network of 2,703 stores nationwide. Of which, FPT Long Chau expanded with 1,943 pharmacies, an increase of 446 pharmacies compared to the beginning of 2024; FPT Long Chau vaccination center system continues to expand, reaching 126 centers across 54 provinces and cities, an increase of 116 centers compared to the beginning of 2024.
