AsemconnectVietnam - According to the preliminary statistics figures from the General Department of Customs, in 2024, the exports of animal feed and raw materials reached nearly 1.04 billion USD, down by 13.2% compared to 2023.

In December of 2024 alone, the country’s exports reached over 96.42 million USD, up by 4.2% compared to November of 2024 and up by 12.1% compared to December of 2023.
China was the largest export market for animal feed and raw materials from Vietnam, accounting for 40.8% of the total export turnover of animal feed and raw materials of the country. In 2024, the exports of animal feed and raw materials to this market reached over 423.17 million USD, down by 26.7% compared to 2023.
In December of 2024 alone, the exports to China reached 46.59 million USD, up by 16.6% compared to November of 2024 but down by 23.7% compared to December of 2023.
The next was the US market reaching nearly 129.36 million USD, up by 42.9%, accounting for 12.5%; Cambodia reached 126.5 million USD, down by 24.1%, accounting for 12.2%; Malaysia reached 101.11 million USD, down by 14.2%, accounting for 9.7% of the total.
