Biwase (BWE) is about to pay more than VND285.9 billion in advance dividends for 2024
Thursday, January 30,2025AsemconnectVietnam - Binh Duong Water - Environment Joint Stock Company (Biwase, code BWE - HOSE) plans to organize the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, expected to choose a suitable date between March and April 2025.
On February 12, Biwase will finalize the list of shareholders to participate in the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the 2024 interim dividend in cash.
For the plan to organize the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Biwase plans to choose a suitable date between March and April 2025 to organize and is expected to hold it at the Company's office in Binh Duong province.
Regarding the 2024 interim dividend plan, Biwase plans to make an interim payment at a rate of 13%, equivalent to VND1,300 per share, and is expected to pay on June 24, 2025.
With more than 219.9 million shares in circulation, it is estimated that Biwase will pay a total of more than VND285.9 billion in the upcoming interim dividend.
It is known that at the 2024 General Meeting of Shareholders, Biwase approved a business plan with total revenue of VND4,100 billion, expected after-tax profit of at least VND700 billion and expected cash dividend at a minimum rate of 13%.
Regarding the business situation, by the end of 2024, Biwase estimates total revenue of VND4,387 billion, an increase of 10% over the same period and exceeding 7% compared to the annual plan, with after-tax profit reaching VND570 billion. Of which, the total water supply capacity is 822,000 m3/day and night, water consumption increased by 9% to 200,008.86 billion m3 and especially the water loss rate decreased from 5% to only 4.7%, a record low.
