AsemconnectVietnam - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (code VHM - HOSE) recently sent a document to the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province to propose researching and investing in a new urban area project of 2,500 hectares, spread across Vinh Yen city, Binh Xuyen district and Yen Lac district.

Vinhomes said that this proposal was based on research and assessment of Vinh Phuc's development potential, along with the desire to invest in a civilized, modern urban area, with complete urban infrastructure.
Vinh Phuc is a province located in the Northern key economic region, the gateway to Hanoi capital, near Noi Bai International Airport.
According to the target in the planning of Vinh Phuc province for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, Vinh Phuc is among the leading localities in the country in terms of GDP growth per capita, basically meeting the criteria of a type I urban area, creating a premise to become a centrally-run city.
Accumulated to the end of June, Vinh Phuc had more than 1,300 domestic and foreign investment projects. In the first 9 months of this year, FDI attraction in the area reached USD507.94 million, an increase of 3% over the same period in 2023 and exceeding the annual plan target.
