AsemconnectVietnam - On the morning of November 26, in Da Nang, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (HBC - HOSE) and the investor Newtown Development Company Limited held a groundbreaking ceremony for the superstructure package of the high-rise apartment complex of the Newtown high-end commercial and sports service urban area project.

After winning the bid for the Eaton Park project worth VND1,900 billion, Hoa Binh Construction announced that it would continue to win the bid for the Newtown Diamond project with a value of nearly VND1,000 billion.
Accordingly, Hoa Binh will take on the role of main contractor in the construction of the superstructure for three 38-storey towers and 6-storey podium of the Newtown high-end commercial and sports service urban area project (Newtown Diamond). The project is invested by Newtown Development Company Limited, a member of BRG Group, located on a land fund of 1.4 hectares in Da Nang City.
The Newtown Diamond project is expected to become a new symbol of modern architecture in the coastal city, with an expected construction progress of 275 days.
Hoa Binh and BRG Group have cooperated since 2016 through the Sheraton Grand Da Nang project. Next are the projects 198 Tran Quang Khai, 25 Le Van Luong, Four Season, High-rise Residential Area No. 15 & No. 16 Sai Dong - Long Bien.
Previously, Hoa Binh had surpassed many big competitors to win the bid for the Eaton Park project worth VND 1,900 billion invested by Gamuda Land Group. This project is located in a prime location on Mai Chi Tho Street, adjacent to Thu Thiem Urban Area, Thu Duc City (HCMC).
