Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment (CII) increased its charter capital to VND3,197.5 billion
Friday, November 29,2024AsemconnectVietnam - Implementing the issuance of shares to convert bonds, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (code CII - HOSE) has increased its charter capital to more than VND3,197.5 billion.
Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment has just issued an additional 974,300 shares to convert 9,734 bonds coded CII42014 in the 8th round.
Thus, after issuing additional shares to convert bonds, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment has increased its charter capital from VND3,187.8 billion to more than VND3,197.5 billion.
Previously, in October 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment announced that it had successfully issued VND300 billion in bonds, with a term of 36 months from the date of issuance, with a floating interest rate (equal to a total of 4.85% plus the reference interest rate for 12-month deposits announced by 4 banks including Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank).
It is known that as of September 30, 2024, the total debt of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment increased by 17% compared to the beginning of the year, equivalent to an increase of VND3,210 billion, to VND22,095.8 billion and equal to 235% of total equity. Of which, short-term debt is VND4,269.8 billion, long-term debt and convertible bonds are VND17,826 billion.
In terms of business activities, in the third quarter of 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment recorded revenue of VND706.56 billion, down 3.5% year-on-year, profit after tax of VND95.47 billion, down slightly by 0.8% year-on-year. In which, gross profit margin improved from 36.3% to 59.3%.
Accumulated in the 9 months since the beginning of 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment recorded revenue of VND2,283.91 billion, down slightly by 1.7% year-on-year and profit after tax of VND538.97 billion, up 151.7% year-on-year.
