AsemconnectVietnam - On October 29, 2024, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (HBC - HOSE) won the bid for the Eaton Park project worth nearly VND1,900 billion invested by Tam Luc Real Estate Joint Stock Company under Gamuda Land Group.

Eaton Park is located in a prime location on Mai Chi Tho Street, adjacent to Thu Thiem urban area, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City with a total area of over 3,769 hectares with 6 towers from 29 to 41 floors including apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms, commercial shophouses with smart design and diverse utilities.
Hoa Binh Construction Group has surpassed many big competitors to win the bid for the body, finishing, and electromechanical package phase 1 of the Eaton Park project with a package value of nearly VND1,900 billion.

Hoa Binh and Gamuda Land have been together for more than a decade, from the Ruby project in November 2011, to a series of projects with two major projects Celadon City (HCMC) and Gamuda Garden (Hanoi), and most recently, Hoa Binh handed over Celadon Centery (part of the Celadon City metropolis) to Gamuda Land in accordance with the committed standards, especially Gquas - a separate standard for most projects implemented by Gamuda Land with very high and strict requirements on quality.
Also in October, Hoa Binh announced that it had won the bid for the Phu Quoc Park project in Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province, a project invested by BIM Group. Accordingly, Hoa Binh is the main contractor for construction items such as structure, architecture, MEP, paving stones, walkways, sports fields, decorative components, etc.
Thus, after being granted a regular credit extension with a maximum amount of VND4,000 billion from BIDV, as well as making a profit again in the 2024 semi-annual financial report, Hoa Binh Construction is gradually regaining its position. The difficulties have gradually passed and Hoa Binh is returning to the race with the industry giants with new packages, promising a brighter future for the Group.
