AsemconnectVietnam - On September 24, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) approved the registration to list more than 204.8 million shares of DSC Securities Joint Stock Company (code DSC).

With DSC shares trading on UPCoM on September 25 at VND23,000/share, the estimated capitalization of DSC Securities is about VND4,711 billion.
According to research, DSC Securities was formerly Da Nang Securities Joint Stock Company. At the end of 2020, the company changed owners when major shareholders Vietnam Equity Joint Stock Company and Da Nang Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company (code NDN - HNX floor) divested capital. Instead, there are 3 individuals including Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh, Mr. Ta Van Manh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha.
As of March 2021, the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Danang Securities approved the name change to DSC Securities JSC, and moved its headquarters to Thanh Cong Building at 80 Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
In terms of shareholder structure, as of June 30, 2024, DSC Securities has two major shareholders: Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh (born in 1995), Chairman of the Board of Directors, owning 35.64% of charter capital; NTP Investment Joint Stock Company owns 34.17% of charter capital; and the remaining 30.19% of charter capital belongs to other shareholders.
It is known that Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors at NTP Investment Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Thanh Cong Motor Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Vietnam - Europe Automobile Joint Stock Company.
Regarding business results in the first 6 months of the year, DSC Securities recorded a profit after tax of nearly VND78.93 billion, an increase of 40.7% over the same period last year.
In addition, as of June 30, 2024, DSC Securities' total assets recorded more than VND4,305.3 billion, an increase of 4.4% over the beginning of the year.
