Nam Long honored for the 9th time in the "Top 50 best listed companies in Vietnam 2024"

This is the 9th time Nam Long has been recognized in this prestigious list, affirming the company's position and sustainable development in the market.
This year's list of 50 best listed companies by Forbes Vietnam includes 7 real estate enterprises. Of which, Nam Long is one of two investors honored in the residential real estate segment along with Khang Dien; Kinh Bac, Idico, VRG and Sonadezi Chau Duc (industrial park real estate) and Vincom Retail (commercial real estate).
In 2024, the Vietnamese housing market is gradually warming up again. According to the Ministry of Construction, in the first half of 2024, the volume of real estate transactions increased 20% compared to the same period last year, showing that investor and consumer confidence is gradually returning. In this context, Nam Long Group has made continuous efforts to maintain and develop quality projects to meet the increasing demand of the market. At the end of the first 6 months of 2024, Nam Long recorded pre-sale sales of VND2,678 billion, net revenue of VND457 billion.
In the second half of 2024, in addition to handing over phase 2 of the Akari City project and component projects of Waterpoint on schedule, Nam Long continues to focus on developing projects and component projects of integrated urban areas including Mizuki Park 26 hectares (Binh Chanh), Waterpoint phase 1 - 165 hectares (Ben Luc, Long An), Nam Long Central Lake 43 hectares (Can Tho).
