Vietnam Coffee - Cocoa Association (VICOFA) forecasts that Vietnam's coffee exports in the months of July - September will gradually decrease, because the supply is gradually running out. Vietnam's coffee supply will increase again in October and November, when the new coffee harvest begins. However, forecasts from domestic and foreign organizations show that Vietnam's 2024/2025 coffee output will decrease by 15-20% compared to the last crop. Low output will lead to a decline in export activities and at the same time worsen the supply shortage in the market.
Latest statistics, Vietnam's exports in the first half of July 2024 decreased by 40% in volume compared to the same period last year.
