AsemconnectVietnam - Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC code - HOSE) announced the documents of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the meeting is scheduled to be held on April 24 in DaNang City.

In 2024, Da Nang Rubber plans revenue of VND5,151 billion, an increase of 15% over the same period and an expected profit after tax of VND228 billion, a decrease of 7% compared to 2023.
It is known that in 2023, Da Nang Rubber will only record revenue of VND4,495 billion, down 8% over the same period and completing 89% of the plan; and profit after tax recorded VND246 billion, down 20% over the same period and completing 93% of the 2023 plan.
Returning to the 2024 business plan, Da Nang Rubber said it will synchronously deploy many solutions to shorten time, striving to complete the project "Investment to expand the Radial truck tire factory with advanced technology" capacity to 1 million tires/year" in the fourth quarter of 2024; evaluate the feasibility and accelerate the progress of the project "Tire factory with capacity of 4 million PCR tires/year and 1 million TBR tires/year"; Actively work with banks, exploit many preferential capital sources, save interest costs, reduce financial costs to prepare capital for production and business activities and investment projects.
In addition, reports on profit distribution plans for 2023, election of the Board of Directors for the 2024-2029 term, election of the Supervisory Board for the 2024-2029 term... have not yet been announced in detail.
