Mr. Cao Tuan Si, Director of Dung Quat Oil Refinery, said that Dung Quat Refinery is currently operating at 112% of design capacity. According to the plan, in February 2024, BSR will produce about 618,000 tons of all kinds of products, meeting increased market demand during the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin.
Currently, the main technology workshops of the Factory have been operating at high capacity such as KTU up 140%, CDU 114%, NHT 137%, CCR 112% and SRU2 110%. In addition, BSR also focuses on and ensures human resource planning for production operations throughout Tet. BSR employees demonstrate high responsibility, are on duty with production, are ready to respond to emergency situations, and ensure safe and continuous production. During the Lunar New Year period, BSR will import 3 shipments of crude oil with a volume of about 1.5 million barrels of oil.
Inspecting the on-duty work and work during the Lunar New Year days and encouraging and wishing New Year at the Factory, BSR General Director Bui Ngoc Duong praised the working spirit of workers and technicians, regardless of days off. engineers to help BSR complete the tasks assigned by the Government and Vietnam Oil and Gas Group to ensure energy security and ensure petroleum supply during the Lunar New Year. Last year, Dung Quat Oil Refinery operated safely and stably at high capacity, helping BSR achieve many records.
