Traphaco (TRA) prepares to receive nearly VND12 billion from subsidiary dividends
Tuesday, December 26,2023AsemconnectVietnam - Traphaco High Technology Joint Stock Company (CNC - UPCoM) announced that on December 19, it will finalize the list of shareholders to advance 2023 cash dividends at a rate of 20%, meaning 1 share will receive VND2,000.
Traphaco High Technology currently has a charter capital of more than VND113.64 billion, is one of 4 subsidiaries of Traphaco Joint Stock Company (TRA - HOSE). Of which, Traphaco holds 50.97% of capital in CNC, equivalent to ownership of more than 5.79 million CNC shares. Thereby, Traphaco will receive about VND11.58 billion from CNC's dividends.
Ex-dividend date is December 18, expected dividend payment time is December 29.
In recent years, CNC has maintained a dividend rate of 25% through 2 advances. This year, the Company plans to pay dividends of at least 20% in cash, and at the same time set a business plan with revenue targets of VND612 billion and profit after tax of VND47 billion.
Currently, Traphaco High Technology only has an audited financial report for 2022, with recorded revenue of VND583.4 billion, an increase of 7% compared to the previous year and exceeding the set plan by 2.7%. Profit after tax reached more than VND45 billion, growing 4.5% and exceeding 4.7% of the plan.
