AsemconnectVietnam - KIDO Group (KDC) officially increased its ownership ratio at Tho Phat International Joint Stock Company (Tho Phat International) from 25% to 68% after just over 3 months.

Thereby, KIDO aims to develop 1,000 Dealers, 1,200 Mini Bao Stores, 100,000 retail points and 100% MT stores nationwide, making Tho Phat the "National Kitchen", meeting many needs of consumers and exported to at least 30 countries around the world.
Previously, in June 2023, KIDO invested in Tho Phat International Joint Stock Company with a 25% ownership rate and by August 23 increased its ownership rate to 51%, taking control of the brand of Tho Phat dumplings.
KIDO currently has 450,000 points of sale in the essential food industry, 120,000 points of sale in the refrigerated goods industry, with infrastructure, modern manufacturing plants, extensive logistics systems..., and can integrate advantages into Tho Developing to help businesses develop quickly and outstandingly in the coming time.
At the meeting and sharing of Tho Phat's development strategy taking place this morning (October 10), KIDO Group set a strategic direction for Tho Phat in the next 5 years, focusing on repositioning and building Build Tho Phat brand and brands.
