Accordingly, in September 2023 alone, the Corporation's consolidated pre-tax profit is estimated to reach 115% of the monthly plan; and the parent company's pre-tax profit is estimated to exceed 112% of the monthly plan.
In the third quarter of 2023, the Corporation's consolidated pre-tax profit is VND565 billion, estimated to reach 124% of the quarterly plan; and the parent company's pre-tax profit is estimated to reach VND503 billion, reaching 149% of the third quarter 2023 plan.
Accumulated in the first 9 months of the year, consolidated profit was VND1,590 billion, reaching 131% of the year's plan; and the parent company's profit is estimated at VND1,694 billion, reaching 129% of the year's plan.
The industrial park real estate sector is still the key business segment contributing to the business results of the third quarter and the first 9 months of 2023 of Viglacera Corporation, with estimates of achieving pre-tax profit for the 9 months of 2023 of the sector. This area is VND1,800 billion - completing 133% of the year's plan, an increase of VND389 billion compared to the same period in 2022.
In the context of the domestic construction materials sector still facing many difficulties, exports continue to show positive signs, cumulatively in 9 months estimated to reach USD33.6 million and exceeding 151% over the same period. In particular, tiles, construction glass and sanitary ceramic products all recorded growth compared to the same period in 2022.
Regarding the implementation plan for the fourth quarter of 2023, for the real estate sector, Viglacera continues to focus on compensation for site clearance and organizing infrastructure construction and installation, promoting sales at the housing projects and industrial parks, continuing to expand and develop new industrial parks and housing for the following years.
In the field of construction materials, Viglacera continues to review product groups; ensuring products are suitable for the market in terms of quality, features, selling price and actual demand. In addition, Viglacera continues to accelerate the introduction of high-value products to the market, including products such as Sintered Stone and Super White Glass.
In the fourth quarter of 2023, Viglacera continues to implement procedures for the divestment of State capital at the Corporation according to the policy of the Ministry of Construction; At the same time, build a production and business plan for 2024 and a 5-year plan for the period 2024-2028.
