AsemconnectVietnam - DNP Holding Joint Stock Company (code: DNP) has just announced information about receiving the decision of the General Department of Taxation.

The General Department of Taxation said that DNP Holding Company had made false declarations leading to an underpayment of tax amount and incorrect declaration but not leading to underpayment of value added tax amount. Among them, the aggravating factor is repeated administrative violations.
Accordingly, due to errors in the tax declaration process, the amount of tax payable is nearly VND1.5 billion, and remedial measures include being forced to pay the full tax amount into the State budget is VND6.9 billion and late tax payment is VND332 million.
"If within 10 days, DNP Holding Company does not comply with the penalty decision, it will be forced to enforce the administrative decision according to the provisions of law," the General Department of Taxation emphasized.
According to research, DNP Holding was established in 1976, organized as an investment holding company, including many member units, focusing on two strategic industries: Plastics and Clean Water. In particular, in April 2022, the Company changed its name from Dong Nai Plastic Joint Stock Company to DNP Holding Joint Stock Company.
