According to published Report data, Tasco's 2022 revenue according to convention reaches VND26,846.6 billion, equivalent to a growth of 1,218% compared to 2021 convention revenue; Conventional pre-tax profit in 2022 reaches VND739.5 billion, an increase of 350% compared to the same period in 2021.
Of which, the largest contribution comes from the core business segment of automobile services with VND25,610 billion, accounting for 95.4% of total revenue; Non-stop toll collection (VETC) segment reached VND346 billion, accounting for 1.3%; BOT, real estate and other fields reached VND890 billion, accounting for 3.3% of total revenue.
After performing the swap, Tasco owns 100% of the charter capital of SVC Holdings, and at the same time reorganizes and converts SVC Holdings' business type from a joint stock company to a One Member LLC.
Accordingly, Tasco becomes the largest automobile distribution and service system in Vietnam, currently accounting for about 13.5% of the market share nationwide (according to VAMA, 6 months of 2023), distributing 12 car brands through a system of 83 showrooms stretching from North to South. This is considered an important step to realize Tasco's vision of "becoming the number 1 choice for smart transportation and auto services".
