AsemconnectVietnam - Rang Dong Light Source & Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company (stock code RAL - HOSE) announced that August 17th is the last registration date to pay the first dividend of 2023.

The company will pay a cash dividend at the rate of 25% (corresponding to 1 share receiving VND2,500). Expected payment date is August 29.
With more than 23.5 million shares outstanding, it is estimated that RAL needs to spend about VND59 billion to pay this dividend to shareholders.
In the second quarter of 2023, Rang Dong Light Source & Vacuum Flask recorded a net revenue of nearly VND1,525 billion, up 13% over the same period last year, profit after tax in the second quarter of 2023 reached over VND110 billion, up 24% compared to the same period last year.
Explaining the business results in the second quarter, RAL said, the Company has exploited the power of digital technology and user-friendly software to increase the speed and efficiency of work, promote the customer experience.
At the same time, the enterprise was granted the Certificate of Science and Technology Enterprise No. 93/DNKHCN dated November 7, 2022. According to regulations, the Company is entitled to corporate income tax incentives for science and technology enterprises. On December 29, 2022, the Company sent a document to the Hanoi Tax Department to register the time to start implementing tax exemption and reduction from January 1, 2023.
In the first 6 months of 2023, RAL's net revenue reached VND3,660 billion, up 17% over the same period and profit after tax reached VND293 billion, up 34% over the same period last year.
