AsemconnectVietnam - On July 3, 2023, Viglacera Corporation - JSC (code VGC - HoSE) held a meeting to evaluate the results of production and business activities in the first 6 months of 2023.

After the first 6 months of 2023, Viglacera expects consolidated net revenue of the Corporation to reach nearly VND7,000 billion, of which the parent company will reach nearly VND3,000 billion, completing 52% of the 2023 plan; pre-tax profit is estimated at VND913 billion, completing 75% of the whole year's profit in 2023, the parent company is close to the target of an estimated profit of VND1,210 billion, completing 92% of the year plan.
In which, the main contribution to revenue and profit results in the first 6 months of 2023 came from the real estate sector (especially industrial park real estate) when it recorded many prosperity, with revenue from real estate is estimated at more than VND2,600 billion; profit is estimated at VND950 billion, completing 90% of the profit plan. In addition, Viglacera's profit recorded VND310 billion in dividends from associates.
With 12 industrial real estate owned and operated, Viglacera still affirms its strong position when attracting 300 domestic and foreign enterprises, with more than USD16 billion in FDI capitals, in which prominent enterprises are big enterprises in the world.
By 2025, Viglacera will increase the total number of industrial parks to 20 with over 10 new industrial parks with a total area of about 2,000-3,000 hectares.
