AsemconnectVietnam - FPT Corporation said that its revenue and profit before tax in the first 5 months of 2023 reached VND19,943 billion and VND3,610 billion, up 22.9% and 19.2% respectively over the same period.

Profit after tax for shareholders of parent company and EPS reached VND2,518 billion and VND2,293 respectively, up 20.2% and 19.4% respectively.
The Information Technology Services segment in the foreign market continued its impressive growth with a revenue of VND9,245 billion, equivalent to an increase of 32%, led by the growth of the Japanese market (up 41%) and APAC (up 50.4%).
The Japanese market saw revenue growth in yen terms of 51%, driven by strong IT spending demand in this market, especially digital transformation spending, after a long period of time affected by Covid-19. The volume of new orders in foreign markets reached VND13,729 billion, equivalent to a growth of 35.1%.
The domestic Information Technology Services segment recorded revenue of VND2,386 billion, equivalent to a growth rate of 7%. FPT continues to promote cooperation with the government, ministries and foreign businesses to maintain growth.
