AsemconnectVietnam - Song Da Corporation - JSC (code SJG - UPCoM) announced the document of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023, the meeting is expected to be held on June 9 in Hanoi.

In 2023, Song Da Corporation set a business plan with total revenue of VND6,300 billion, profit after tax of VND573 billion.
It is known that in 2022, Song Da Corporation recorded a profit after tax of VND769 billion. Thus, the profit plan in 2023 will decrease by 25.5% compared to the implementation in 2022.
Regarding business orientation in 2023, Song Da Corporation will complete the final settlement and hand over state capital to a joint stock company; complete the settlement of general contractor contracts with the Investor and construction contractors; focus on marketing and bidding to ensure enough jobs; electricity production and business reached 2,032 Kwh; focus on directing drastically and effectively the work of capital and debt collection; and execute the divestment as planned.
In which, completing the settlement of Xekaman 1 hydroelectricity value; finalize the value of the general construction and installation contract with the Xekaman 3 hydropower investor; complete the final settlement and liquidation of the contract with the Investor/General Contractor of the South Hon Kho project, Dakđrinh hydropower plant; Complete settlement with construction units at projects such as Dong Nai 5, Huoi Quang, Lai Chau, Hua Nam Nam Chien,,,
Going back to the reports, in 2022, Song Da Corporation presents shareholders with a 10% dividend plan.
Regarding receiving the position, Song Da Corporation is expected to be re-elected for a new term from 2023 to 2028. In which, the Board of Directors consists of 5 people including Mr. Tran Van Tuan, Mr. Tran Anh Duc, Mr. Dang Quoc Bao, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tung and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung; and the Supervisory Board is expected to have 3 people including Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Mr. Ha Tuan Linh and Mr. Tong Quang Vinh.
