Northern Ninh Binh province’s Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Management Board has approved the planning task for Binh Luc Industrial Park, covering approximately 300 hectares across Binh My and Binh An communes.
The IP is envisioned as a concentrated industrial hub with integrated infrastructure, advanced manufacturing technologies and environmentally friendly operations.
The project is expected to create jobs for around 30,000 workers and support industrial development, increasing the industry and construction sector’s contribution to the province’s gross regional domestic product (GRDP) towards its 2030 development goals.
The planning process is scheduled to take no more than nine months.
The IP will prioritise investment in electrical and electronic industries, information technology and software; mechanical engineering, assembly, machinery manufacturing and automation; finishing materials for construction; food and beverage processing; pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and supporting industries.
