AsemconnectVietnam - The Board of Directors of CMC Technology Group Joint Stock Company - CMC Corp (code CMG) recently approved the establishment of a subsidiary, CMC ADI, with a charter capital of VND300 billion.

CMC Corp's subsidiary is called CMC AI Digital Infrastructure Company Limited (CMC ADI), initial charter capital is VND300 billion, business lines will be registered in accordance with the goals of the Data Center Project (DC Hyperscale).
The subsidiary's location is at Lot Vb.27b-28-29, Industrial Park in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, HoChiMinh City – same address of CMC Corp branch.
CMC Corp assigned Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Chairman of the Group, to be the authorized representative, representing the entire capital contribution of the Group at CMC ADI.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh also holds the position of Chairman and General Director of CMC ADI Company and is the legal representative of CMC ADI.
By the end of 2023, the number of CMC Corp's subsidiaries is 14, operating in the fields of providing information technology solutions; telecommunication services; software; electronic components; information security solutions; BPO, ITO outsourcing services; university training.
Regarding CMC Corp's business situation (for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024), the Company recorded net revenue of VND7,342 billion, down 4.2% over the same period last year. However, profit after tax reached VND402 billion, an increase of more than 13%.
According to CMG, positive profits in 2023 come from strategic business blocks that continue to have good profit growth at 17%, of which the digital infrastructure block increases by 23%, the technology solutions block increases by 48% and the digital infrastructure block increases by 23%. International business increased by 21%.
