Alpha Seven (DL1): Set revenue target of VND400 billion, profit increased by 12%

On June 25, at the Hi-Tech Park, Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City), Alpha Seven Group Joint Stock Company (HNX: DL1) successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) 2023.
The General Meeting highly agreed to report the situation of production and business activities in 2022; key activities in 2023 of the Board of Directors and the Board of Management; report on inspection of activities in 2022 of the Supervisory Board; approve the proposals and other important contents under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders; elected the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028...
Accordingly, in 2022, A7 Group's revenue will reach VND280 billion, profit of VND67 billion. Compared to the plan, revenue reached nearly 50%, but profit increased by 130%.
Based on the achieved results, forecast of fluctuations in the world economic situation and domestic policies and mechanisms, the General Meeting agreed on the business plan for 2023 with the target of consolidated net revenue of VND400 billion, increased by nearly 43%), consolidated profit after tax reached VND75 billion (up 12%).
Currently, Alpha Seven's fields of production, business and investment activities include: energy (wind power, solar power); real estate (residential, hotel); manufacturing electronics and high-tech electronic equipment; traffic BOT toll station; bus stations, parking lots... These areas have stable revenue, cash flow, and good profit in the past and in the future.
Alpha Seven's predecessor is Vietnam Renewable Energy Group Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Pleiku City, Gia Lai province. Since 2022, this corporation will move its headquarters to the High-Tech Park of Ho Chi Minh City, thereby helping DL1 integrate quickly with the most dynamic economy in the country, the base of operations is located in the place where the leading technology manufacturing companies in Vietnam. This is a stepping stone and also a launching pad to expand the Group's operations and scale.
In particular, in early June 2023, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trac, General Director of Alpha Seven Group and some members visited and signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Skyworth Group in Shenzhen (China).
Skyworth Group is a multinational corporation operating in the field of multimedia (manufacturing smart TVs, set-top boxes, software programs); household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, smart appliances and information technology companies such as kitchen equipment); smart system technology and big data and modern services.
Currently, Skyworth owns more than 10 high-tech enterprises recognized by the Chinese Government, has more than 40,000 employees, brand value equivalent to USD14.3 billion.
“With 2 modern production lines that have just been imported to meet international standards, since October 2023, the first products of televisions, audio-visual equipment, and household goods between two comprehensive strategic partners Alpha Seven and Skyworth will be born, exporting to the US and European markets,” said Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trac optimistically.
The fact that Alpha Seven and Skyworth joined hands to become a comprehensive strategic partner, this is a breakthrough, an opportunity to serve as a springboard for A7 to develop to new heights, opening more factories in Da Nang and Binh Duong, "attacked" difficult markets in Europe and the US, and at the same time increased their market share in a country with a population of more than 1.4 billion people. At that time, Alpha Seven's revenue and profit will increase.
