Black tea accounts for nearly 80 percent of Vietnam's tea exports.
Vietnam, the world's fifth-largest tea exporter and producer, aims to maintain around 140,000 hectares for tea plantation by 2020.
Pakistan, Russia and Taiwan were the top buyers by value in January-October 2017.
