CONTEXT
Vietnam's government has forecast exports will rise 10 percent in 2015, slowing from 13.6 percent last year.
The country has devalued the Vietnamese currency, the dong  VND=SBVN  VND=VN, three times this year and also widened the dollar/dong trading band twice to help protect exports.
Vietnam could have a trade deficit of $6 billion in 2016, the same as this year's target, with an anticipated rise in both exports and imports, according to a forecast by the country's investment ministry.
