Vietnam to speed up exports to Brazil
Wednesday, November 26,2014AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam earned US$ 1.04 billion from export of goods to Brazil in the first nine months of this year, increased sharply by 35.78 per cent over the same period last year, according to the statistics figures.
The export of fibers of all kinds; cell phones and accessories; handbags, wallets, suitcases, hats and umbrellas; textiles and garments to Brazil increased moderately.
Cell phones and accessories were leading in the list of items exported to Brazil in the first nine months of this year with the export turnover of $ 346.56 million, up by 138.87 per cent over the same period last year and accounted for 33 per cent of the total.
In the reviewed period, the country’s export of seafood to Brazil increased by 21.11 per cent; that of textiles and garments – up by 35.55 per cent; textile, garment, leather and footwear of all kinds materials – up by 64.56 per cent; handbags, wallets, suitcases, hats and umbrellas – 34.35 per cent; bamboo, rattan, sedge and carpet products – up by 45 per cent; fibers of all kinds – up by 101.01 per cent.
