AsemconnectVietnam - Martial artists from the northern province of Hai Duong had an exchange with those from Seine-Saint-Denis province of France on August 4.
At the event, four sects of Nhat Nam, Thieu Lam Trung Son, Tay Son Ngoc Diep and Thieu Lam Phat Gia in Hai Duong province entertained participants with their typical performances.
Martial artists from the French province’s Truong Vo Son Long sect brought to the exchange performances simulating movements of such animals as monkey, tiger and phoenix.
Hai Duong is now home to nearly 80 traditional martial arts clubs, mainly in Hai Duong city and Thanh Ha, Nam Sach, Kim Thanh and Cam Giang districts,
Traditional martial arts has been put into sports competition system in many localities in the province.
