Two-time Grammy winner Anne Sofie von Otter to perform in Hanoi
Wednesday, February 28,2018AsemconnectVietnam - Audiences in Hanoi will have a chance to listen to the extraordinary voice of two-time Grammy winner Anne Sofie von Otter in a one-off concert in Hanoi on March 2.
The Swedish artist will stage her first-ever concert at the Vietnam Academy of Music, announced the Swedish Embassy in Vietnam.
Anne Sofie von Otter is one of today’s most recorded artists with an unrivalled discography built across a career spanning more than three decades at the very top of her profession.
Her double CD, Douce France, received a Grammy Award in 2015 for Best Classical Solo Vocal Album, following the Grammy Award for Best Classical Vocal Performance in 2004 for a disc of Schubert Lieder.
She will be accompanied by pianist Leif Kaner-Lidström and guitarist Fabian Fredriksson during the Hanoi concert.
They will entertain audiences with famous works by Sibelius, Schubert, Bach, Andersson/Ulveaus (ABBA) and many more.
